All cancellations and refund requests for the Sales Doctor programmes must be made in writing via email and will be followed according to the policy detailed below: If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled 1:1 Session, you are fully responsible for informing the Sales Doctor office at firstname.lastname@example.org Please let us know at least 3 working days in advance, otherwise the Sales Doctor reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or to consider the session spent, to cover any coach related fees. If the sessions are subject to rescheduling by the Coach, then the Coach will inform you via email at the earliest available opportunity and seek to reschedule the session for a later date.
